I have been an animal owner my entire adult life and never received the care and compassion that I received at this outstanding establishment . I was looking for the perfect place to help me and my daughter to say good-bye to our Tank dog, a member of our family for more than nine years. From Brandy who took all my calls just as compassionate as she could be, to the vet techs and the vet herself. This will be who cares for my animals moving forward. I am writing this the day I had to let my cat cross the rainbow bridge but as I am sitting here looking through all the pictures I couldn’t help but think about how amazing the staff treated my family and our cat through this process.
Dr. Winn and her assistant were beyond compassionate . Assuring me with therapeutic conversation that all will be ok. When Dr. Winn entered the room you could tell that she was immediately assessing my cat named King who was 15 years old.
