“I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. H and his staff dote over my babies every time we go! More importantly, every time I call, they go beyond to make sure to have an appointment time for us! We live 1 hour away. We built a house east of Blue Springs, but I continue to make that drive to be with a team that cares! Pricing is right in line with animal science and you can always choose what you approve. We boarded our kitties there while out of town for a major trip, the outgoing cat was able to go "work" in the back room and he loved it. The skittish cat had no signs of being upset for being left a week. That says a lot in my eyes. One particular aspect of this office... they will not immediately steer you to expensive diagnostics. If your baby might have an inflamed intestinal condition, they will just help correct the diet and treat the symptoms as needed. Other businesses are quick to do intestinal biopsy and ultrasounds. Sure that might be your choice to do, but I like how practical the team is. My kitty with the intestinal issue lived to be 20 years old, and he was supported through old age with fluids, and b-12 shots as needed. Those last years could have cost me thousands of dollars, but we got the standard of care that he would receive anyway. Our rescue skittish kitty had stomatitis 4 years ago. The remedy is removal of the molars. The staff quoted us $1200 as standard estimate. We paid it and came to pick her up the next day. The staff corrected our bill and refunded us $400 because the surgery did not take as long as expected and since she was young, the removal was not complicated. They saved her life! Not only by knowing how to treat her, but they offered an option to euthanasia. Kitty is still sassy and happy today. When we got our new puppy, Dr. H was my first stop on the way home! The cuddles and loves for new babies are so genuine! Dr.H took the time to educate me, the cat mom, on how to raise my puppy. I'm so grateful!“

“My dog has had 2 knee surgeries here and they always take care of my baby. Dr Erdozain is very attentive to my questions and called to check on my dog multiple times throughout the healing process. He takes the time to explain what is going on thoroughly. I have recommended 2 friends for their dogs knee surgery as well.“

“Considering I'm only ever away from our puppy, Bodhi, for more than a couple of hours at a time; I was nervous about sending him to board and train. But as soon as I met Chris in person and saw how calm and kind he interacted with Bodhi, all of that anxiety went away. I was immediately impressed with with how quickly he went to work with our dog, not only training him but teaching myself and my husband based on our dog's specific needs. He updated us throughout his stay and assured us he was being his normal goofy self, but that he was thriving getting to learn under an experienced hand.Bodhi has since developed problem solving skills, and I have become a more confident dog owner. Chris most certainly has our greatest respect for his time and dedication.“

“Rockhill Pet Clinic is a very affordable vet clinic, but don't think that means the quality of care isn't great as well. They do not over-diagnose and are very thorough. It's nice to have a vet who is straightforward and cares for your animal but isn't trying to up-charge like some do. The vets and staff are all competent and good at what they do. They are very trustworthy and very friendly. Their diagnoses and treatment plans have always been correct, and when they've referred to specialists, their guesses were in line with the specialist and proved to be good advice.“

“We have been taking our English Cocker here for more than a year. We do daycare, overnight stays and grooming. Staff is excellent, always genuinely care about the dogs.“

“Barb at Brookside is incredible. We have enjoyed attending her classes with our. Puppies. Having her guidance with training our therapy dogs, having her temperament test our puppies in our breeding program for our families and seeing our puppies go home to their families and flourish in her classroom and beyond. You will have to look pretty hard to find a better place to bring your puppy to train and socialize. She is an exceptional trainer and animal behaviorist. I recommend her to all my families as the best possible place to train your new puppy , your therapy dog and canine family member“

“We take our Bichonipoo to OP Veterinary center to have her groomed by Jenny. She does a fantastic job and is so personable and caring when we drop Gabby off. I would highly recommend this Vet to anyone in need of their services!! Also love the drive through drop off and pickup! Thanks again to Jenny for the great groom!!“

“After a misdiagnosis and consequent death of my beloved pug Sissy, we were in need of a better vet, a positive change in veterinary care. We asked around and decided to give this place a try. Honestly I wasn't sold at first because we were use to going to Gladstone Animal Hospital and they are not expensive. (You get what you pay for!) Amity Woods isn't cheap but if you are anything like my wife and I we love our pets, we rescue. The Amity Woods staff and our favorite Kevin Sambol are awesome and have been the best to our dear pets. I'd recommend this place to anyone who loves their animals and want to keep them healthy and happy. 6 stars for these people and this place.“

“Our little guy Freddie needed pet care pretty immediately and we had yet to find a clinic in the Northland since relocating. I called Gladstone Animal Clinic about an hour before closing - explained the situation - and they had a 9AM visit the next morning available. For a physical, antibiotics, pain medication, and assessment/treatment at their location it cost around $170. I was beyond pleased with this encounter. Thank you guys, so much.“
