This is not an Urgent Care facility! We waited for 45 mins for the doctor to tell us she don't look in ears. They wouldn't even look at my son's ear. Urgent Care Scam!!

Bad service kills businessesI Called at 440pm, 20 minutes before it said they closed, which is 5, to get some information on the services they offered. The foreign lady with the thick accent said we close now. so I asked well what time is that? so you close at 4:40? She sd said we closing now. Click! And she hung up!With that type of service and it's 20 minutes before it closed, they would never ever get my service. She could have said we are closing in 20 minutes but we're open at such and such time I would have said okay fine. But the point that she was so rude and condescending and quickly hung up in my face, I don't see how they still open. I would not recommend...read full review

Dianna at the front desk is an awesome lady I think people misunderstand how she’s forward and straight to the point as rudeness but she’s awesome and friendly. It’s terrible people complain about the doctor being in a wheelchair! Shes got it hard but still made it far in life
