The person who did my nails clearly had no idea what they were doing. First instead of soaking off my gel-x tips they tried to pry off remaining nail glue. I winced a few times but then the older gentleman did it again. I got acrylic with gel on top and tips. The way he filed, he rubbed against my skin. When he was filing my nails he hit my skin / cuticles several times with the metal drill bit. Then to make matters worse, after the acrylic was on and he was done "shaping" it. The shape was was crooked. When I told the other tech at the desk he simply said I will talk to him. I loved the environment. Great colors. My mom seems to love Kelly and her manicure skills. For my pedicure I just felt that asking for anything was an inconvenience. Hotter water, a drink, a moment to look through the color options. Will continue to rush through the appt to ensure I don’t take anymore time from them than necessary. Clearly I am an inconvenience.

My boyfriend and I went here to get pedicures and they tried to upcharge us like 4 different times. $5 extra for the dead skin shaver. Oh well. It ended up being a good experience cause I’ve never been there
