Working with them was very simple, I found them to be very genuine and caring. The communication was always great and I felt involved in the project even before it started, we revamped the interior and the exterior of my home and I am very please with how they worked and the results.

Experienced this company 100% for months. A room addition is a very complicated and delicate project, I did my research for weeks and met a few contractors. After meeting with all of them the decision was very simple to make. Modern made sure I was heard, they took my opinions and ideas while helping me understand and creating the right expectations. It is a long project and it is a process to get used to having people working in your home everyday for months, but looking back I would not want it any other way.
