As of now they are hard to accurately rate. We have a contract with them, work was to begin the week.of 10/18. They have not began to work. I have multiple communications inquiring about a state date. They have not answered. Thankfully I have not paid them any money at all. It's annoying that no one can call. They have struggled with communication in the past, they've always called back within a day or 2. Today's date is 10/29.
