Focal Pointe’s level of customer service is something we’ve never experienced before. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely communicative with us at all times. We could not be more pleased and are thrilled to have them in the Springfield/Branson market. Pricing is very competitive with others in the market and their product is second to none. Focal Pointe totally surpassed my husband and my expectations for our project. Rotting railroad ties had become an eyesore around our brick walk and patio, and the steps were unsafe. We had put off fixing this because I didn’t like the look of so many of the concrete blocks used to replace ties. We so love the stone that Dana came up with to replace them!! The crews couldn’t have been any better either. I cannot imagine a better experience than we had with Focal Pointe. Thanks so much!
