We utilized the machine located inside a Menards and the experience was quick and easy. Many options for themed keys, enough to make two boys happy! Specialty keys arrived within a few days! All keys worked great.

Overall the system is easy to use. I needed 6 keys and it took about 2-3 minutes per key to be made. This is not the end of the world but 15-20 minutes feels like an eternity when waiting. There is an option to have extras mailed to you but I needed them the same day. I have used all of the keys and they work well.Service: Building key copying

My only negative was the time it took. Great graphics to keep you informed about the progress to replicate keys. It was my first time and I wasn’t sure how long it would take. Bottom line - the keys worked as advertised - I would use it again and recommend it! Great ID feature if you lost your key and needed to get in your home or auto!!
