Fluesbrothers provided a detailed inspection report for my chimney and the various options for work that needs to be done. Emilio did an excellent job - he arrived on time, was exceptionally courteous, explained all the options in details with cost breakdowns, and stayed after the inspection to install a necessary damper/cap. This was my 2nd time using Fluesbrothers to clean and inspect our fireplace and chimney. Emilo and Alexus were great! Very thurough, explained their findings, and answered all our questions. They also left my living room spotless! Definitely recommend.

During the cold streak our electric gas fire place wouldn’t work. Called and was told it wouldn’t be until mid February, and we scheduled it. They informed us that they would put us on the waitlist if we wanted. We agreed. They texted me yesterday, and gave us a choice of times. We scheduled it for today. While waiting for them, they called and asked if they could come early, I said absolutely. They gave me a time and the technician arrived at that time.
