Workers showed up and didn't have all the tools to do the job. Didn't speak English very well. Asked me, if I had screws to put down underlayment. Had to leave to go and get screws. Brought back small box. I was so frustrated by then that I just wanted floor to be done. Floor looks good but there a spongy spots cause underlayment floor is not screwed down properly.
This is the 2nd time we have enjoyed using Empire Today. The installers were careful and efficient. They repaired under flooring without extra cost or hassle. Showed concern for proper installation. Will definitely call Empire again when needing flooring of any kind. Thank you Empire Today.
Except for a few scheduling details and a dead spot in my yard, which they graciously compensated me for, it was a wonderful experience!
This is my second time using them and I would gladly use them again! I would also recommend them. They provide excellent quality at a reasonable price from sales to finished product.
