Had a new home built 2 years ago and the builder used Cabinets by Lawrence Construction. One year warranty is over so I didnt know how I was going to be treated. Had a few minor issues with some hinges due to normal wear and tear recently. The owner personally delivered them to me. No charge. I also worked with the shop/service manager named Tim. He had some hinges delivered to me as well. With out a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced. We used James Lawrence Custom Cabinets in our new build. James was extremely responsive throughout the process. There was an issue with one of the design elements in our bathroom. A quick phone call to James and the issue was resolved. The customers’ happiness comes first at James Lawrence Custom Cabinets. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing cabinets. We had custom cabinets designed and built for our new house. I had some pictures and James used those pictures to design the cabinets I wanted.
