The entire process, from the beginning of the business transaction to delivery of my finished headstone, was consumer-friendly! I paid according to contract requirements, and they delivered likewise, w/o delays!!! My double upright headstone was completed and delivered to a Missouri cemetary in excellent condition before I moved out of the city as I requested!
