I came in as a new patient and was truly impressed by how amazing everyone was. After my long-time dentist retired, I had a difficult time finding a dental office where I felt comfortable. I’m so grateful for this establishment and would like to thank everyone who assisted me, from the friendly staff at the front desk to the kind/compassionate dental assistants and the fantastic dentist, Dr. Pratt! I was in and out in no time, and they made sure I experienced no pain throughout the process and afterward. I felt completely taken care of and have already recommended this office to family members. I highly recommend this office for everyone.
I have tricare prime and had the hardest time getting quality care on post. I was constantly going to the ER for the most simplest things because I could never get an appointment with my PCM or refill my medications (diabetic). I shared my frustrations to a friend and she referred me to Alya Hougton! Since seeing her, I finally feel like I have control of my own health again. She takes the time to listen to you and advocates for your health. I never have to worry about a medication refill! Their portal is so easy to use! Look ok saw a couple of the reviews. No matter where one works there are always pros and cons.
My review is based on what I have seen, and been treated by the staff.
Staff very professional. They talk to you, not at you. This helps a person to relax and be in a good mood.
Been coming here a short little while. My mobility sucks but the staff sees that and helps.
I could go on and write a small book. But trust me this place does rock!! Ok now to end this with a laugh 2:cons no wifi and no cinnamon bears. Lol
