Small business, cash only. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and is a great conversationalist. Most of all he gives a great haircut! Four boys in my house and I will be coming back here in the future.

This place is awesome! Take it from someone incredibly particular about their hair. We were visiting family in Woodbine and I needed a haircut. Looked on google. Most places didnt take walk ins or they didnt even answer the phone. Called Fosters and was told to come right down. Got there and got the BEST haircut I have ever had! The owner Clark cut my hair and my wife's sons hair. He was friendly, funny, and quick! I'm telling you if you need a haircut and want to make sure you will be looking sharp. You need to go to Fosters Cuts! Very reasonably priced also.
