The staff at Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital are outstanding individuals who took time from their busy schedule to help me with my furry family member. They were amazing at providing me with all of the current regulations in the area we live in. It's been over 10 years since I have seen a group of people who are dedicated to their line of work.
I had an appt & I live a good ways from JC. i was halfway to town when they called asking if I could reschedule because of an emergency procedure that came into their office. They were kind enough to keep my appointment when they found out I was already halfway to town. I appreciated that a great deal. This vet hospital has always taken great care of my dogs & I wouldn't trust my pets with any other place unless I had no choice. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you & your pet(s).
This was my first visit to this clinic and everyone was very nice. We had Dr. Ebert and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She introduced herself right away and went straight to business. She gave me time to ask questions and she did not rush me. It was a great first experience. They did stick us in a room that was previously used by a feline and the room was still littered with a pee pad and fur that was still sitting and the exam table. The tech was not acknowledging the mess, but as soon as the Dr walked in she seen it and immediately started cleaning the mess and apologized. Which it wasn't her job to do.
