We called last minute to view a house in JC. Amanda Bacon came right over to show. Although we didn't choose that house, we really loved Amanda's energy and asked if she would help us find our new home in JC. We were on a time crunch. Amanda lined up 9 showings in one day and we made an offer that evening. Amanda walked us through the home buying experience and made it as easy as possible. We appreciate her hard work and super fun personality! Look forward to doing more deals in the future.

Holly and her team are amazing. Very friendly, esp with military families. They were knowledgeable about the market and actually listened to our wants and needs for our home. She showed us 6 houses and we ended up buying the first one she showed us. Just perfect! Amazing folks!

Stephanie at Gold Team Property Management was amazing. We are a military family and we loved one of their properties. I signed a ! year lease with Stephanie and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to stay the entire year. Stephanie helped me find a new tenant to sign a lease and I was able to get out of my lease. She was great from start to finish. She has been one of the best property managers I have had.
