I heard Ronald cleaning the carpets in the recently vacated apartment across the hall from me. So I inquired about price, as I am anticipating moving, hopefully in a few months. We recently had ice damming on our roof, it cause our roof to leak all across our living room. When carpet masters showed up, they saw this was a big problem, and immediately called Mack to get him out to my house to assess it. During a massive snow storm, roads out and bad, Mack and his team were at my house fixing the problem. The leak wouldn't stop until the ice damming stopped, and Mack brought a massive diesel heater, hooked it up to my gutters, and furnace blasted because he knew he couldn't resolve the issue until that was gone.
