Extended Review:I scheduled my first appointment with the owner and not only was it quick and easy she was the only person in a 30 mile radius that picked up the phone! She sent me a text reminder for the appointment and was kind when we had to reschedule! We did have high expectations since our pup hates having his nails done. Not only was she patient she also heard our concerns and allowed us to stay and help make our pup feel more comfortable! We got set up for regular visits and let's just say the prices are so low that I paid for the next appointment up front. We have been customers since, almost, the beginning of this amazing business! Ardeena is the sweetest, most gracious, and knowledgeable groomer! Plus, she is just an awesome gal!! It is a 20 mile drive to take our old furbaby to be groomed, but we gladly make the trip!! And now, we have a new furbaby that we are trusting her to take care of. We will continue to make the trip, because service and care matter!!

My 12 year old rescue is small and can be a challenge. He's a Chihuahua/Papillon mix, has long hair, and had mommy playing groomer due to COVID. Ardena made him look like my beautiful baby boy again. She's professional, sweet, affordable and loves her work.After my dogs transformation from out of control fur, nails and homemade haircuts ?, He is back. She was able to fix all of my mistakes and give him back his confidence. My doggie is strutting around the house again and full of energy. I already booked my next appointment Cocoa is grateful!BONUS: She is COVID compliant and her shop is very clean. This is important to me as I'm high risk. Thank you Ardena. See you soon.
