They came out relatively quickly and even came back when I had to call a second time. They are fixing my ac as soon as the part comes in.**update**The compressor came in quickly and now my house is back at 72°F! This is the coolest it has been in quite some time. They were so polite and professional and will recommend this company to anyone needing help in the future.

I've had these guys help me in 3 different residences and they have done a great job. At 1 of these, I had another company come and look at the heater. They sent 2 of their techs that were there for over an hour, closer to 2 and they said the central heat was shot and needed replaced. Even though Dale's was quite a bit farther, when Dale's tech showed up it took 1 man 30 minutes to make a very minor repair after a quick testing of it.he even showed me how he made the repair. The other company I believe wasn't interested in repairing. Instead if techs they were salesmen only interested in making a sale of an entire unit. I HIGHLY recommend... read full review
