We had recently purchased a new home and needed to add an egress window. Called multiple companies and were unsatisfied with the bids. Illumicast came out and husband said he didn’t want anyone else. Wes was professional and husband said he could tell he was an honest man. Originally was going to be a bit before we were able to get in. (They are in high demand for a reason!) luckily they had a cancel and we were able to get our window sooner. Very respectful and clean when working. They didn’t leave a trace of themselves!
I called multiple companies for bids but really Illumicast offers a superior product for the same and even lower cost. Wes was a pleasure to work with and his crew was extremely professional and courteous. They were done in about 4 hours. We left our inside unfinished because we have other work to do, but they'll also trim it out for a nice finish. Great work, absolutely would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking! Locally owned too!
The crew was professional, and had excellent customer service. In and out in one day including cleanup. 10 out of 10 - definitely recommend! 👍🏻
