Brian is amazing! He was super friendly, very communicative, and super helpful in making sure we understood what the issues with our furnace were, and how he was planning to fix them. He found a universal part that could be delivered quicker & a model-specific part that would be cheaper, and allowed us the choice of which option suited us. Work was completed professionally and quickly, as expected, and price was exactly what we expected.
