I called to ask if they could come today to fix a leak under my sink, as I had to turn off the water to the house. They said yes, took my number, and said they'd get right back with me. I didn't get a call. Hours later I called again, and was asked, "Haven't they called you back?" No. Another couple hours and it's almost 6 pm on Friday evening and still NO RESPONSE. All I had originally wanted was to get somebody to help me today, and they said they would. Instead, they wasted my day waiting for a call, waited until emergency charges would kick in, didn't even give a courtesy call saying they couldn't do it today. My hot water tank went out and they removed the old tank and had the replacement up and running in less than two hours! They sure saved the day and I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
Dan is great to work with. Professional, gets the job done right and fair-priced. Trustworthy: I leave a key for him to work when I'm not there and don't think twice about it.
