Courtney is beyond amazing. She stuck with us for over a year looking at a ton of houses. We couldn't afford much and our loan provider has strict rules, so it took a lot of time and looking. There were times I cried on the phone with her and she picked me back up every time. She is AMAZING when it comes to negotiating. We would not have been able to find a home without her. I recommend her to everyone! When our "right" house finally came, she made it happen. She will help you every step of the way and is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. Choosing Courtney is one of the best decisions you'll ever make.
