We had recently purchased a new home and needed to add an egress window. Called multiple companies and were unsatisfied with the bids. Illumicast came out and husband said he didn’t want anyone else. Wes was professional and husband said he could tell he was an honest man. Originally was going to be a bit before we were able to get in. (They are in high demand for a reason!) luckily they had a cancel and we were able to get our window sooner. Very respectful and clean when working. They didn’t leave a trace of themselves!
Doug was great! He came out the next day to look at roof, and waited patiently for me to choose a color which was a harder decision that I thought it would be! They were out quickly and put on a new roof in one day! Great and fast service and communication! Will use again for my next roofing needs.

Kenzie nailed it. She was cautious not to take off too much in the beginning to allow me to tell her if I wanted to go shorter. My hair is much thinner than the example pic I gave her and she made sure to give me the style I wanted while paying attention to the way my hair texture and pattern!

Samantha Cabral did my hair for my Wedding, She absolutely did an amazing job. It came out beautifully cuz of her she made me feel like a Princess on my Wedding Day! Also my hair looked perfect the whole day and woke up the next morning and it still looked good lol… and it was my Birthday that day too she got me a card, balloon with candy. Thought that was so sweet of her.

I got my nose pierced here today, and I cannot explain how happy I am with my entire experience. Everyone was so friendly and had such positive energy, including the adorable dogs lounging around . While I cannot give an honest review on the tattoo side of the shop, I can only say the work I did see looked amazing and the place was very clean. Dr. Loundenback and his staff are as good as it gets. He's been our family dentist for several years. The whole team is extremely professional. My son and I have had painless procedures with perfect outcomes.
I had two very small cavities and Dr. Gertken used a sedative only on one. This meant that it was done very quickly and I was out in 30 minutes. Also I didn't have to let the sedative go away so that I could go ahead and meet with some customers right away.
Everyone was so friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. This is especially important to me as I have had bad experiences in the past at other dental offices.

Upon arriving in Hutchinson for a dog show, I received word from my local (Savannah, MO) vet that my 10 month old puppy had a medical condition requiring medicine as soon as possible. Since we would not be home for 5 days, I called Apple Lane to ask if they would allow my vet to call a script to them for me to pick up. It was almost closing time, so they said they would call in the morning. The next morning, they let me know that they had the meds my puppy needed. I immediately went to get them, expecting to pay for the meds plus a fee for their inconvenience. It didn't seem to matter to them that I lived out of town and would most likely not be back - they couldn't have been nicer. My total bill was $12.71. If anyone is looking for a vet in Hutchinson, KS, I highly recommend Apple Lane.
