We have been using Elk County Veterinary Services for many years. Whether they are treating our animals on the farm or in the office, we have always received the best care. We highly recommend Dr. Black!
My dog ran through a barbed wire fence and tore a 3 inch gash in her back. Dr took her in on a Sunday morning and sutchered her up as if it were a Monday afternoon. On top of that he didn't tape us on the cost like the big city vets do. Couldn't be more pleased with the care. And by the way he is not our regular vet, she was out of town.
