I was exasperated to no end with a wireless printer problem and trying to go thru HP was an awful experience and almost could be considered a scam. Justin at JMJ was a breath of fresh air, competent, patient and knowledgeable. his rates were much less than what HP's tech staff wanted and well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone in need of computer help enthusiastically. Thank you JMJ!

I have used these guys to repair computers in the last. Also just purchased a new computer. Price was very competitive and they took time to search for what was the best unit available for me.
