Several times I have had a pet with an unexpected issue and they have always gotten them in quickly to deal with the problem. In cases of complicated issues they have helped set up referrals with specialists and discussed possible treatments so I could at least be thinking about what to do with the findings from the specialist.
I have multiple pets and am disabled so getting them in and out of the office is sometimes difficult. The vet techs seem to keep an eye out on my arrival and come out to help with getting them in and out of the clinic with no problems.
I drive from Topeka to receive the quality care that Heartland provides. I had an older dog who had lots of issues and which led to having to lay him to rest. They were very compassionate through the process. Help exhaust every option. Now with our younger dog spot we still make the drive because we know she is in good hands! Highly recommended this team.
