They take pride in caring for our fur-babies, and always ensure a hassle-free experience. Everything from making appointments, checking in, quality time with the docs and staff, getting medicines/vaccines/high quality pet foods, surgery, dental care, and grooming just go smooth ... every single time. They are fantastic at alerting us to rebates and discount offers, and their billing process is transparent, fair and honest. Visits to their clinic are like hanging out with friends who just happen to know A LOT about what is good for our animals, while caring about us humans in equal measure. Do NOT let the bad reviews fool you! We are so incredibly thankful for the team at Ground Source for the work they did! First of all, we had several geothermal companies come to our house for quotes. Tim was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding to our specific needs because we were putting geothermal into a 25+ year old home. He was very open and honest about letting us know all the different ways install would/could go and answered tons of questions. Even after when we still had questions, Ground Source got back to us quickly and once again answered everything with clarity and detail. It was a no-brainer for us to go with Ground Source. Once we decided to continue with Ground Source, we were kept in the loop about timelines via email and phone calls. Install was almost a three week long process, but once again, we replaced two extremely old systems that required some extra effort and creativity to retro fit. Everyone from Julie, Justin, Bob, Scott, and Tim provided top notch quality service. I especially appreciated how kind and wonderful everyone was with our toddler and two dogs. We were also treated with such respect and the work this team did was top notch. I always appreciated that we were told everything that was happening and things were explained to us in ways to help us understand this new system. This is the best healthcare system I have had to this point.. every provider has a heart and is compassionate.. Thankful for all the years I was able to be in great care and hands..Dr.Walsh is very missed but had some great providers to fill his shoes. Clara is doing a great job in Centralia we are lucky to have her!! Thank You All

I can't say enough great things about the staff here. Our dog started having seizures out of the blue last night. We called the emergency number and the on call vet met us there within 20 minutes and helped us carry our 100 lb dog into the clinic and took such great care of her. She was so caring and let us know everything she wad doing. After all was done and our dog was no longer having seizures, it didn't cost us an arm and a leg for services.
