They’re quick to respond and I wanted to get my virgin black (asian) hair all the way to white which they were able to do perfectly in summary.My previous salon did me very dirty so I went here to see if they could fix it and Gabby really took her time with me and kept checking if I was okay, it took 3 different session/days for her to get my hair the way I wanted and always checked in every time. And during the bleaching, as it would take awhile considering my hair she kept checking in to see if I was okay, needed or wanted anything so I really appreciate that! Very nice and fun person and other workers there.When they said trust the process they really meant that! Because she wasn’t able to get it very light the first time she offered my next toner free and still bleached it at an affordable price. Did ask me to update now and then between appointments which I did, and sometimes she reached out before I did because she knew the kind of person I was LOL.Fr great customer service and genuine care put into my hair at affordable prices. I got the 60 minute swedish massage, I originally went in for a hot stone massage, but realized they do not do that.“

“Erica is great. She listened to exactly what I wanted from eye brow threading and was sensitive to my last experience at a different parlor. Erica took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. She suggested a facial so she can tackle some other skin issues I am having and I will take her up on it. Her services was not fast but I didn't mind at all as this was some self care time. I'd rather she take her time to make my eyebrows sister and not conjoined twins. It was a little more expensive than I am used to. In Lawrence KS I can get the same service for $23 (that includes the tip). I'll pay the extra money though for quality, clean services. I'll definitely be coming back.“
