The very next morning they were out at our house making sure we didn’t have any holes that needed to be sealed up while we waited on insurance to process our claim. “TWG Roofing is the Best!! We had a unique situation in that a hail storm damaged our roof the week after we moved to another state and had not sold that home yet. Scott was amazing! He helped me manage the process long distance. He went to bat for us with the insurance company by going to the house several times to inspect, both with and without the insurance person to make sure we got what was needed and appropriate. We were not able to be physically present for any of this process because we now live in Minnesota and I am sure that without Scott's help this process would have been much more difficult and complicated. We worked directly with Jake Cook.They had great attention to detail, from Jake's initial inspection, dealing directly with our insurance company to get us an accurate and fair settlement to the installation.One of our greatest worries outside of a proper job was the cleanup. We have four small children and had concern of them running barefoot in the yard, but they used their custom landscape protection nets and large lawn magnets to free us of those worries.
