They didn't push me to purchase anything and were more than willing to do repairs. I opted for new for many reasons but never felt pressured...Like I said....BEST service ever. “Quality Cleaning Solutions is a very professional, friendly, polite, and outstanding company! Two very kind and extremely qualified men, Steve and Scott came to our house to clean out our ducts . First of all, we didn’t give them a lot of notice, but we needed the ducts cleaned out in a few days. They said that was no problem. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the job they did was superb! My husband and I were both very happy with everything. They left no mess afterward either, and were very thorough. “Our pool company thought we had a leak in the plumbing in our heat pump. Frederick plumbing came out and looked through the top of the heat pump grates and said it was dry as a bone. He didn’t feel there was any leak. It took less than five minutes and he seemed to be confident of what he’s doing. We are hopeful that we are set to go for the summer.When we called to set an appointment, the office was very nice and scheduled us in a short number of days. Thank you.“
