They did a good job unblocking my cat's urinary tract and answering all of our questions. The only negative was the procedure room setup with batwing doors - another owner's unleashed 80 lb labrador barrelled into the exam room right after a very delicate procedure. Secure doors for areas like that would be worthwhile“
