Sale came at the exact right time as I needed several expensive products! I did not, however, receive the free hairbrush as was advertised. I even double checked with the clerk when I checked out. She told me, nope, nothing more. Not really sure she was wanting to be there on Saturday morning.

I love your store and appreciate the special deals you have! However today, I sent my daughter in to make a purchase. She paid and left then looked at her receipt and was overcharged on the Kenra Platinum 26 hairspray (was still reg price). The help in that Hays store was less than friendly and that includes the manager. There was zero reason for acting like it's a "bother" when you are there for the correct price to he charged. Is this the end of the world? Absolutely not but a business owner needs to know how employees conduct themselves (my daughter is 22 and isn't some jerk of a customer either....there are those types out there!). August 12, 2023 I walked in asking if they had anyone there who could give a hair cut that day! They did not however were quick to add “I might try” Hays Hair Academy, Hays, Ks, as they were open, I was very impressed they even made the suggestion! I felt it was very hospitable of them! Thank you!
