First off, Rich is great guy! Secondly, he does amazing work! Currently moving out of 2 different apartments and into a house with my boyfriend. We needed to get the carpets in the new house cleaned. Was able to call Rich Friday evening and have something schedule for the next day! Talk about being able to work with us in a time crunch! The floors were filthy, full of dirt and dog hair.
