One customer had an amazing experience with the couples’ hot tub service, which included champagne and treats, massages, and a steam shower experience. They found everything fabulous and the staff great. Another couple enjoyed a wonderful massage, highlighting the calm and lovely atmosphere. They appreciated the time spent in the jacuzzi and steam shower before their massage, and they found their massage therapists to be among the best they have ever had. I’ve gone to Rockhaven either with my husband or best friend since it’s opening. Love the atmosphere and really always have a relaxing time. I really miss the fruit/cheese/cracker/muffin tray we received in the hot tub. And popcorn during pedi’s, and fresh cucumber orange water….I am also a business owner. I know businesses have had to make changes the last few years, but these amenities were part of the amazing experience of Rockhaven. My friend and I went yesterday for services from 10:00-2:30 and were starving. I imagine most people that come are there for several hours and would love to have them back. A couple of bags of Cheeto’s just isn’t the same.
My daughter's took me here as my 60th birthday celebration and I was amazed at the beauty of this place, it's location, guest service and professional service. I can't say enough good things about it and my experience there. If you're looking for a magical experience in pampering this is your go to place. Thank you all for making my day special.
