returned my call quickly, took into consideration what i thought the problem was (although checked the system thoroughly to be sure, since they’re the experts and i am not), Angel was right on time (appointment scheduled at 3, arrived at my home in victoria at 3:17, meaning they left hays right on time as far as i’m concerned), friendly, personable, and got right to work when he arrived. the gentlemen both communicated what was going on as they were coming in and out of the house which i thought was great, and my total invoice cost was very reasonable. thank you so much!

Called on a Friday at 5:15 pm with no heat/furnace. Mitchell was here with in 30 minutes, was able to get heat going quickly. Have used Reliable before and they are always quick and provide good customer service.

I called Reliable on Friday afternoon & Dave was at my house within two hrs. He changed a part in the furnace & told me to call if there was a problem. I called on Saturday morning as it still wasn’t working. He came to my house & found the problem quickly. He’s dependable, knowledgeable & professional.
