I can't believe how much better this gym has become with the new owners. The last time I was in here (about 4 years ago) I felt very uncomfortable asking for help on how to use the equipment. The new staff is awesom!

Great local gym for cardio, weight training, steam room, and taekwondo classes. Am I missing anything? A lot of amenities. Gym has a lot of space in the back for lifting. Membership includes key to 24 hour access. Lots of mirrors to focus on crunching and correct weight lifting. Gyms nice and clean and air conditioning is cool, works great throughout facility. Wish it had a better locker room set up but the gym has everything I need. Heavy on the weights, lite on the cardio but gets the job done....and the sauna and tanning don't hurt.
