I’ve known about Schenkel construction since I was 18 years old. I met Scott and his father Ray Schenkel while pouring concrete for a local company. He’s a hard worker and passionate about doing a great job and pays attention to the littlest of detail. Being involved in construction for nearly 15 years and being around all types of buildings and contractors, it was, hands down, no contest who I wanted building our lodge. The Lester building is a far superior wood frame building to any of its competitors. Schenkel Construction constructed our building in Albert, Kansas in 2020. As you can see, the outcome is a beautiful addition to our Main Street. Not only is the building pleasing to the eye, the quality is top of the line. We couldn't be more pleased with our new space. Scott and his crew were exceptional to work with, always on time, and showed up when they said they would. That can be a rarity these days!
