We recently had malfunctions in our bedroom shades that were still covered by warranty. I contacted Cornerstone & the staff came to my house in a very reasonable amount of time to evaluate the problem. Cornerstone staff, Lisa & Patti took videos of how the shade was not functioning properly & called the HunterDouglas company & e-mailed them the demonstrated shade action for advice . The company realized it was malfunctioning & sent the shade for repair . When Cornerstone came to install the repaired shade , it did not work up to standard , so a brand new shade was ordered & received. It is now perfectly wonderful! The second shade had the same issue , so Cornerstone took video , sent it to Hunter Douglas & took steps to ask if they could bypass the repair route. Hunter honored their request. I love my new shades & the wait during the time without shades was all worthwhile. The staff, Debbie, Lisa & Patti are so compassionate & understanding friends. I couldn’t stop hugging & thanking them for going the extra mile for me . I would highly recommend choosing Cornerstone. They will treat you like it was there own home for drapery/shade shopping!!! 😁
