The GAC offers a variety of healthy solutions for all ages. In addition to the fitness and weight room there is a basketball court, fitness room for yoga, Taekwondo, Zumba, aerobics, Pilates, and a game room for the kids. They also sponsor many sporting activities for children and adults.

This place is awesome the ladies that work there are super nice and you can workout play in the gym and there is the main room were there is air hockey and pin ball and also there are snacks
