This is a business that you can rely on to communicate promptly and get out to your house quickly. After some issues scheduling with our home warranty company, I received a call from Mark that he would be out to our house in 10 minutes - and upon meeting him there, he had the problem fixed in another 10. He also offered some good suggestions for maintaining our furnace in between tune-ups. He said - "you've got my number, call anytime". I'll take him up on that, but after his service on our furnace, I'm expecting I won't have to anytime soon.
High Halo is a God send. I have 2 very large dogs and they accommodated them with ease. I appreciate them so much and look forward to using them in the future. The staff is professional and friendly.
