“I called in a panic trying to find someone to repair my daughters’ instrument. Mike answered on a Saturday and told me he would get back with me once he made it home. To my surprise he text me letting me know he could get it in Wednesday morning with a Tuesday night drop off. He contacted me Wednesday morning to let me know what was wrong and the price. He asked if I wanted him to move forward with the repairs. I told him yes. He had my daughters’ clarinet fixed by end of day and we were able to pick up that evening. Thank you, Mike. We will definitely continue reaching out to you when we need repairs and a new instrument.“
