“I am a previous patient that only stopped going, because they stopped taking my insurance. They did excellent work, the dentist was extremely helpful, patient and friendly, and was willing to work with me to figure out a yearly treatment plan based upon what my insurance would allow. My only frustrations with this practice, are that they stopped taking Ambetter, and that one of the ladies in the office can come across as slightly rude / condescending. I feel that she's a nice person, just needs to work on patience and communication skills. I find that a lot of people in medical offices in KC treat patients as if they should already know the ins and outs of how every aspect of appointments, billing, and their specific office policies work, even though almost every office is different. This can be very challenging for some people, including those of us with autism and ADHD.“

“The office and receptionist (Debbie) were amazing. I broke a crown off about 2:00p.m. on a Friday and they made time to see me that same afternoon (they usually close on Fridays at 3:00.) A young dentist put a temporary crown on, took x rays, gave me instructions & helped with the tooth's sensitivity. Very grateful for their expertise and ability to fit in a patient with a true emergency. The staff never seemed in a hurry to get out of the office on a late Friday. Many thanks.“
