Dr Cook has helped me with shoulder and wrist pain. I have seen Dr.Cook for lower back pain as well. He is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. He is also very personable. I would recommend Dr Cook to anyone of any age. He is a genuine blessing to those who have pain.

I cannot thank Dr. Cook enough. I was going down a long and expensive road for my neck and back pain. I was seeing a pain management specialist and it did not give me an ounce of relief. They wanted to do a minor surgery and I knew in my gut that there had to be another way to go about this. I have scoliosis and kyphosis and I am very susceptible to back issues. I felt like previous doctors just wanted money and were not listening to me. I did several rounds of trigger point injections and muscle relaxers and it got me nowhere. I was able to get in right when I called. I’m sure Dr. Cook can’t do this all the time. I was in desperate pain and doctor was able to get me in ASAP. Not only did he fix the problem but the service is also top-notch.
