Was in town for a holiday, not feeling well. Got right in, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the nurse practitioner listed to my complaint and has helped me feel better within 30 hours. very pleased with the care I received here.
I mean- im sure they did their best amd glad they were there but the nurses i had seemed like they just rolled out of bed and I was the sick one. I came in with a sore throat and after they swabbed my throat and told me my test was negative- she scraped my tonsil with a tounge depressor and I have no clue why. Im in a lot of pain from that. Waited two hours and people were NOT moving through there. Once I was treated- i could see why. They were soooo slow and sloppy
