This is probably my third visit to this store and I have walked out disappointed. The drive to this particular store is an hour away from my town and going to Ulta is probably the highlight of my overall trip, only for it to be a place I walk out of feeling frustrated with my experience. I am a licensed Makeup Artist and Ulta is where I usually shop for my Kit. I spend quite a lot of $$ each time I walk into this store and like going when there is a discount, coupon, or $$ off, or a gift included with a purchase because it helps my business. There is a manager there by the name of Remmi. She has been very helpful in my quest of finding the right shampoo, mascara, and perfume. This has happened over several different trips. I have sought her out for assistance be cause she is real and honest. I truly appreciate her knowledge.

Very helpful employees! I get pretty anxious in a makeup store as I have very little experience, and don't like when sometimes in some stores they make u feel silly for not knowing things, but the ladies here are very knowledgeable and explain very well what certain products are for.
