Hot Nails

I got a full set of gel nails and got my daughter's natural nails painted and the same day my daughters nail polish just fell off of all her finger nails and in 2 days 5 of my gel nails fell off! Not going back. They were fast but didn't take the time to make sure they were done right.

My husband and I both went for manicures and pedicures for about 19 years. At first the service was good and done thoroughly. As time went on the pedicures were about 10 minutes as we're the manicures. Nails were often rough and polish was outside of the nail. We weren't satisfied so we began going to House of Nails. Their service is wonderful...they really take their time and the nails are gorgeous! Hot nails just began focusing on the money and not the customer. Not great!

This place is bad. They rush everything. My mother in law got a pedicure in like 20 minutes and then we (niece and myself) got acrylics in maybe 40 minutes. She cut them longer than I wanted, rushed me, and had me use a shared brush to wash my nails. Disgusting. Also, my nails are uneven and hurt. Don’t go here if you want quality nails! Nice people but obviously they just care about $ and getting through people instead of quality service.
