“On a recent road trip, I visited the rest stop on I 80, eastbound between Oglala and North Platte. The facility was clean and bright and I felt very safe there. Unfortunately, I left a very important item in the bathroom and was one state away when I realized it. I contacted the highway department who passed my info on to the cleaning contractors, who promptly contacted me.
