They have mastered the art of excellent service. From the receptionist who let me in before opening to get me out of the cold, to the hygienist who sat to listen to my whole story about my issues, to the Doctor and assistant who took care of me immediately even though it probably made the rest of their days schedule difficult they made me feel cared about and relieved my pain. I can’t say thank you enough to the team.
A very proactive and efficient clinic. The staff noticed I was close to overdue and called me in for my annual exam and cleaning. My hygienist, Mrs Jackie was very thorough and considerate during the cleaning, providing information and tips to stay on top of my regular cleaning.
My Reserve Unit went through a Dental rodeo here and it couldn't have been easier. The staff was fantastic and got us through efficiently. Big thanks to the clinic from Detachment 5!
