I was really excited about trying Hoopla but I was a bit disappointed. The pedicure station wasn’t the traditional chair set up, it was a long booth style bench. This set up made the experience less relaxing. There wasn’t anywhere to put your things or to set a drink. Everything was white which felt sleek at first but it was all a bit dingy. The nail artists were great. I was hoping for a more luxe nail experience but it ended up feeling very underwhelming.

The pedicurist snapped at me and said "you have to tell us these things before coming in" and didn't talk to me for the rest of the apt other than short commands about where to put my feet. Super uncomfortable. Will not be back. This... read full review
